  1. Hi Patricia

My name is Ramsey and I am a student in EDM 510 at the University of South Alabama in the United States. I really enjoyed your presentation on the Nikau Palm Tree. I did not know that the Nikau Palm was New Zealand's only native palm tree. That is something very cool and interesting to know. The picture of the Nikau Palm was a great addition; it allowed me to see how marvelous it really is. It appears the Nikau Palm has many uses for Maori, I wonder if I could use the Nikau Palm to help me build things too. I wish we could grow the Nikau Palm here but I don't know if we have the right climate for it. What I do know is that if our climate is conducive to growing the Nikau Palm, I have been given wonderful directions on how to grow it. That was a great presentation Patricia! I learned so much from you today. Thank you!
